How do I sign in?
We use magic links — no passwords. Enter your email on the Log In page and we send you a one-tap link. Click it from your email app and you're in.
The link works for 60 minutes. If you don't see the email, check spam, then tap "Resend link."
What if I forgot my password?
There is no password. We never ask you to create one. Every sign-in is a fresh magic link sent to your inbox, so the only thing to remember is your email address.
How do I change or update my plan?
From your dashboard, tap My Plan → Generate a new plan. Re-run intake with your current weight, goals, and any new joint concerns. The new plan replaces the old one immediately — your workout logs and weight history stay intact.
Most users regenerate every 8–12 weeks as their body changes.
Does LFT work if I have joint issues or injuries?
Yes. The intake asks about joint concerns (shoulder, knee, hip, back, wrist/elbow) and the plan adapts automatically — fewer high-impact moves, more joint-friendly alternatives, longer warm-ups for affected areas.
Every exercise also has a Swap button in the workout flow. If something doesn't feel right that day, swap it. If a movement consistently hurts, regenerate your plan and add that joint to your concerns.

Is LFT free?
Yes — during beta, LFT is fully free. No credit card, no subscription, no upsell. You can use everything: plan generation, weekly meal plans, dashboard, partner invites, all of it.
If we ever move to a paid model, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance and you'll need to opt in. You will not be charged automatically.
Do you store my photos?
Only if you upload them, and only to generate your one-time body-composition estimate during intake. The photos are stored alongside your account and visible only to you.
You can request deletion of just the photos (without deleting your account) by emailing support@lftcoach.com.
How do I invite a training partner?
From the dashboard, tap Invite a Training Partner. We generate a unique link you share via text, email, or messaging app. Your partner opens it, builds their own personalized plan, and once they're done you're connected.
Each of you sees the other's workout activity (date, focus, weekly count) — never each other's weight, photos, or full plan. You can end the partnership anytime from your dashboard.
The invite link expires after 7 days. Only one active partner at a time during beta.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@lftcoach.com from the email tied to your account. We confirm and complete deletion within 7 days. Removed: account, plan, workouts, weights, photos, and any partnership records.
If you want a copy of your data before deletion, ask us in the same email and we'll send you a JSON export.
How do I contact support?
Email support@lftcoach.com. We respond within one business day, usually faster. Include screenshots if you can — they help us diagnose quickly.
Will I lose progress if I miss a week?
No. The plan adjusts when you come back — there's no penalty, no streak shame, no forced restart. If you miss more than two weeks, regenerate your plan so the difficulty matches where you are now, not where you were three weeks ago.
